Our IT Services

What We Do

Eight Services, One Supplier

Cloud hosting services

Cloud Hosting

Servers, applications and file storage hosted on managed infrastructure rather than a box in your office. Capacity flexes with the business and we handle the upkeep.

Microsoft 365 management

Microsoft 365

Licensing, mailbox migration, security policies and everyday tenant administration — so your team gets Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams without the admin burden.

SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

SharePoint & Teams

Document libraries with a structure people can follow and permissions that hold up under audit, plus Teams workspaces set up per department instead of growing wild.

Secure remote access

Secure Remote Access

Encrypted VPN and remote desktop so staff reach company systems from home, a client site or another city — with multi-factor authentication in front of it.

Managed IT services and helpdesk

Managed IT Services

Monitoring, patching, helpdesk, asset tracking and vendor liaison on a fixed monthly fee. Your IT department, without the recruitment.

Network design and structured cabling

Network Design & Cabling

Structured cabling, racks, switching, firewalls and enterprise Wi-Fi surveyed, installed, labelled and tested — then documented so the next engineer isn't guessing.

Cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery

Cybersecurity & Backup

Endpoint and email protection, automated offsite backups and a disaster recovery plan we rehearse — because an untested backup is only a hope.

IT consulting and audits

IT Consulting & Audits

An independent look at what you are running, what it costs and where the risk sits — before you commit to a project. You get a written report and a prioritised plan, not a sales pitch.

24/7
monitoring

Not sure which of these you actually need? Send us your current setup and we will tell you what to fix first — and what can wait.

Built Around How Your
Business Actually Works

Individual services are only useful if they fit together. Before we quote anything, we look at how your people work, what the business cannot afford to have offline, and what you are already paying for. The result is usually a smaller bill than expected and a shorter list of things to buy — because the fastest win is often fixing what you have rather than replacing it.

  • A written plan before any work starts
  • Migrations scheduled outside working hours
  • Licences and hardware bought in your name
  • System documentation handed over to you
  • No lock-in and no exit penalty

Service questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy just one service, or do I have to take a support contract?

Either works. Plenty of clients start with a single project such as a Microsoft 365 migration or an office cabling install, then move onto a managed support plan later once they see how the systems behave day to day.

Do we need to replace our existing hardware?

Usually less of it than you expect. We audit what you already own first, and machines that are simply slow can often be brought back with more memory or a solid-state drive rather than replaced. We only quote for new hardware where the existing kit genuinely cannot do the job.

How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?

For a small office it is usually a matter of days, with the mailbox cutover scheduled for an evening or weekend so nobody loses a working day. Larger tenants with shared mailboxes, archives and file servers take longer and are moved in stages.

Where is our data stored if we use your cloud hosting?

That depends on the platform and any residency requirements you have. We agree the hosting region with you in writing before migration rather than assuming, because some clients have contractual or regulatory reasons to keep data in a particular jurisdiction.

Do you handle structured cabling for a new office?

Yes. We survey the premises, design the cable routes and rack layout, install and label the runs, terminate and test them, and hand over documentation showing what is connected where.

How often are backups tested?

A backup nobody has restored is only a hope, so we run scheduled test restores and report the results. The frequency is set per client based on how much data you could afford to lose and how quickly you need to be running again.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Often that is the best arrangement. Your internal person keeps the day-to-day user support they already handle well, and we take on the specialist work such as servers, security, cloud migrations and out-of-hours cover.
